Aged Bock

Our Aged Bock is allowed to mature at constant cool temperatures in the still quiet of our centuries-old, vaulted cellar beneath the brewery. Through aging, it develops a fine mahagony color and an opalescenz. Velvety wood aromas round out the enjoyment of this exceptional brew, reminiscent of sherry. Our Aged Bock won the 2016 European Beer Star in silver!
