With a great deal of joy and passion we brew our beer specialities in Zusmarshausen.
We select the best varieties of hops in Hallertau, Spalt and Terttnang, pump the brewing water from our own deep wells and use only high-quality, traditional varieties of barley grain, which are converted in-house to brewing malt.
